Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location and product type. Domestic orders typically take 3-7 business days, while international orders take 7-21 business days. Digital products are delivered instantly via email after payment confirmation. You'll receive tracking information for all physical orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship physical products to over 150 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Digital products are available globally with instant delivery. Note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status in real-time from your account dashboard under 'Order History'. Physical products include carrier tracking links (DHL, FedEx, etc.). Digital products show download status instantly.

Can I cancel my order?

Physical products can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if not yet shipped. Contact support immediately at support@bexabay.com with your order number. Digital products cannot be cancelled once access has been granted or download initiated. Refunds follow our return policy terms.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Physical products can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Digital products (software, e-books, online courses, downloads) are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE once access is granted. How do I return a physical item?

Contact support@bexabay.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, product details, and photos. Our team will review and provide return authorization with shipping instructions. Do NOT ship items without approval. Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

How long does a refund take?

After we receive and inspect your returned item (3-5 business days), approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-7 days to appear. Cryptocurrency refunds process within 24-72 hours to your original wallet.

Can I get a refund for digital products?

No. All digital products (software, e-books, online courses, digital downloads, subscriptions) are final sale and non-refundable once access has been granted or download initiated. This is standard industry practice for digital goods. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

What if I receive a defective product?

Report defective or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We'll provide a prepaid return label and offer either a full refund or replacement (your choice). We are not responsible for carrier damage - file a claim with the shipping company using your tracking information.

Do I need an account to place an order?

How do I reset my password?

How much commission can I earn?

When do I get paid?

Your commission moves through 3 stages: (1) Customer purchases → Pending balance. (2) Order delivered successfully (3-10 days) → Confirmed balance. (3) Withdraw anytime → Payment sent to your account. Minimum withdrawal is $10 USD. Commissions are only confirmed on successfully delivered orders to prevent refund losses.

How does cookie tracking work?

When someone clicks your affiliate link, a 30-day tracking cookie is stored in their browser. If they purchase anytime within 30 days, you earn commission. The cookie period starts from the FIRST click. If they buy multiple products in one order, you earn commission on the entire cart value!

What withdrawal methods are available?

Withdraw your confirmed affiliate earnings via Bank Transfer (international wire), bKash (Bangladesh), or Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB). Minimum withdrawal is $10 USD. Withdrawals are processed within 3-5 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals process within 24-48 hours.

Vendor & Marketplace

How do I become a vendor?

Navigate to Vendor Dashboard and click 'Become a Vendor'. Fill out the application form with your business details, tax information, and product categories. Our admin team reviews applications within 3-5 business days. Once approved, you can start listing products immediately.

What fees do vendors pay?

Vendors pay a commission on each sale (varies by category, typically 10-20%). There are no listing fees, monthly fees, or hidden charges. You only pay when you make a sale. Transaction fees and payment processing fees are separate and depend on your chosen payment method.

How do vendor payouts work?

Vendor earnings are held in escrow until orders are delivered (3-10 days). After successful delivery, funds move to your available balance. You can withdraw anytime (minimum $10 USD) to your bank account, bKash, or crypto wallet. Payouts process within 5-7 business days.

Can vendors manage their own orders?

Yes! Vendors have a complete order management system to track orders, update shipping status (Processing, Shipped, Delivered), and add tracking numbers. Vendors can view payment status but cannot modify it. All vendor actions are logged for accountability and customer protection.

Security & Privacy

How is my personal data protected?

We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and international data protection laws. Your data is encrypted both in transit (SSL) and at rest. We never sell your personal information to third parties. Access our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data collection, storage, and usage.

Do you store my credit card information?

No. All credit card payments are processed directly by PCI-DSS certified payment processors (Stripe, PayPal). Your card details never touch our servers. For your security, we only store the last 4 digits of your card and expiration date for order verification purposes.

What about cryptocurrency payment privacy?

Cryptocurrency payments via NOWPayments are processed on public blockchains. Transaction details (amount, wallet addresses) are recorded on the blockchain but not linked to your personal identity on our platform. We store minimal transaction data required for order fulfillment only.
