Important Notice
By making a purchase on Bexabay, you agree to this refund and return policy. This policy complies with international consumer protection laws while protecting our business operations. Different rules apply to physical and digital products.
1. Product Type Definitions
Physical Products
Tangible goods that are shipped to your address (electronics, clothing, accessories, etc.). These items are eligible for return and refund under the conditions outlined below.
Digital Products
Downloadable or online access items (software, e-books, digital courses, subscriptions, etc.). Digital products are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE once access has been granted or download initiated.
2. Physical Products - Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window for physical products from the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility Requirements:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be included
- Product must not show signs of installation, modification, or use
- Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
- Item must pass our quality inspection upon return
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- All digital products (software, downloads, e-books, online courses, digital subscriptions, virtual items)
- Personalized or customized items made to order
- Perishable goods, food items, or health products
- Intimate or sanitary goods (underwear, personal care items, etc.)
- Hazardous materials or flammable items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at time of purchase
- Products with broken seals, opened packaging, or missing components
- Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper storage
- Products purchased more than 14 days ago (beyond return window)
- Items without original receipt or proof of purchase
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@bexabay.com within 14 days of delivery
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
- Include clear photos showing the product condition, packaging, and any defects (if applicable)
- Await authorization - do NOT ship items without our approval
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and shipping address
- Pack items securely with all original materials and ship within 3 business days
Important: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days. Refunds are processed as follows:
Approved Returns
If your return passes inspection, refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Credit/debit card refunds may take an additional 5-7 days to appear on your statement.
Rejected Returns
If the item fails inspection (damaged, used, incomplete), we will notify you and ship the item back to you at your expense. No refund will be issued.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will make it right:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
- We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Choose between full refund or replacement item (subject to availability)
- Replacement items ship within 3-5 business days of receiving defective product
Note: We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping by the carrier. File a claim with the shipping company using your tracking information. We will assist with documentation if needed.
7. Cryptocurrency Payment Refunds
For orders paid with cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, BNB), refunds are subject to special conditions:
- Refunds are processed to the original wallet address that sent the payment
- Refund amount is calculated at the USD value at the time of original purchase (not current crypto value)
- Processing takes 24-72 hours depending on blockchain network congestion
- Bexabay is not liable for cryptocurrency price fluctuations, transaction fees, or network delays
- You are responsible for ensuring your wallet address is correct and accessible
8. Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Item shows signs of use beyond normal inspection
- Missing accessories, manuals, or parts (deducted from refund amount)
- Packaging is damaged or missing (up to 15% restocking fee)
- Return initiated after 14 days but before 30 days (20% restocking fee applies)
We reserve the right to assess restocking fees up to 25% for items not meeting our return standards. This compensates for loss of resale value and processing costs.
9. International Orders & Customs
Special conditions apply to international orders:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and customs fees
- International returns may take 15-30 days to process due to customs clearance
- Items must clear customs and pass inspection to qualify for refund
- Bexabay is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed by international shipping carriers or customs authorities
- Refund amount does not include original shipping fees or customs charges paid at delivery
10. Fraud Prevention & Return Abuse
We monitor return patterns to prevent fraud and abuse. The following actions may result in refund denial and account suspension:
- Excessive return rate (more than 3 returns within 90 days)
- Returning items that differ from what was originally shipped
- Wardrobing (wearing/using items and returning them)
- False claims of defects or non-delivery
- Chargeback abuse or payment disputes
Legal Notice: Fraudulent returns may result in legal action, account termination, and reporting to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
11. Limitation of Liability
Bexabay's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from product use
- Loss of data, profits, business, or revenue
- Damage caused by improper use, installation, or maintenance
- Third-party services, shipping carriers, or payment processors
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or events beyond our control
- Compatibility issues with your devices or software
- Changes in cryptocurrency value, exchange rates, or transaction fees
This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law in your jurisdiction.
12. Warranty & Guarantees
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Products are sold "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
- We do not guarantee merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- Manufacturer warranties (if any) are separate from Bexabay's return policy
- Third-party products may have their own warranty terms - contact the manufacturer directly
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This policy is governed by international ecommerce law and the laws of our jurisdiction. By making a purchase, you agree to:
- Attempt to resolve disputes through our customer support team first
- Binding arbitration for unresolved disputes (waiving right to jury trial)
- Individual claims only - no class action lawsuits
- Venue and jurisdiction in our registered business location
